Lake County still wants to throw a party

“We will hold a three gun raffle to have some fun and raise a little money for wetland conservation,” said local Ducks Unlimited volunteer, Tim Cline. “If you are interested in finding out how you can help DU or you would just like to try to win a gun, please join us at the picnic.”

Tickets for the gun raffle are $5 each, 3 for $10, or 8 for $20. The prizes are:

n 1st Prize - Weatherby Vanguard centerfire rifle in .30-06 Springfield caliber.

n 2nd Prize - Savage Axis centerfire rifle in .243 Winchester caliber.

n 3rd Prize - Weatherby Model PA-08 pump-action shotgun in 12 gauge.

Winners need not be present.
